To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required for reservations.
A 100% deposit is required for one-night stays.
Any cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of your scheduled stay. All reservations must be paid in full within 14 days of your scheduled stay.
*PLEASE NOTE: No refunds or cancellations for Union events, i.e, graduations, parent weekends or reunions. Rates are higher for these popular weekends.
Check-in time is at between 3 pm - 9 pm. Guests planning to arrive
before or after these times must contact us at least 24 hours prior to arrival to
make special arrangements.
Check-out time is 11am. Special arrangements must be made at
check-in for an extended check-out time.
Please note that guest rooms are on the second and third floors. Stairs only, the
inn has no elevator.
